It's quite simply an altered bottle!
It wasn't exactly simply made though, and I'll give you a quick rundown of what I put into this project!
I used gel medium first to give the bottle texture.
Then I added some stenciling using stencils from 13arts.
I painted the entire textured stemciled bottle in gesso to prep for adding colour!
Sprayed some mists on it, added some cheesecloth, flowers, lace, bling and trims... and voila!
